Does Facebook restrict some users more than others? (Would the same link to a YouTube or the like suffer what’s described, equally for an identified conservative boor and a center-left mainstreamer?)

I have this problem and it doesn’t seem to actually have anything to do with permissions. The same person, in the same group, posting a link from the same domain, will sometimes display in the open graph feed or I get the attachment unavailable. Its very annoying as there doesn’t seem to be an easily discernable pattern
