A terminal fee refund I’ve got from CebPac recently.
November 22, 2018: Day 1
Since I’m not flying, I request a refund online.
December 28, 2018: Day 37
Got an acknowledgment email from Cebu Pacific.
January 17, 2019: Day 57
I replied to their email;
And they responded:
January 19, 2019: Day 59
I received a confirmation. They told me it’s now in the hands of the bank. By the way, the original payment method is PayPal.
I asked them;
and they replied:
January 25, 2019: Day 65
The terminal fee was credited to my account.
It was a long wait.
