CebPac will send you a notification through email or whatever if they changed your flight schedule. If they moved it by an hour or so, they will provide options including refunding your payment or converting it to a travel fund.

You can also request a refund with any of the following reasons:
– Expectant mother (unfit to fly)
– Illness or death of a guest or an immediate family 😭
– Double payment or booking
– Refund of government taxes like terminal fee for unused flights
